Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your ShiftPing account and associated data. ShiftPing is operated by Martin Lorentzen.
How to request deletion
In the app (recommended): Open the ShiftPing app, go to Profile, and tap Delete Account. This removes your profile and access immediately.
By email: Send a request to info@shiftping.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address used in your ShiftPing account.
What data is deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number, and role).
- Your authentication account and sign-in credentials.
- Your team membership and access permissions.
- Device notification tokens associated with your account.
What data may be retained
- Team records such as shift requests, responses, and audit history created within a team may remain for operational continuity. These records are no longer linked to an active profile once your account is deleted.
- Purchase and subscription records are retained by the app stores and RevenueCat for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Legal or security logs may be retained for a limited period when required by law.
Retention timeline
- Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
- Backup copies may persist for up to 30 additional days before being overwritten.
- Financial and compliance records are retained for as long as required by applicable law.
